Sharp Water were requested to help with production problems with their Adblue production facility due to consistent failures of the Deminralisation water generation systems. Two of the largest water treatment companies in the UK had provided Service visit however the client was critical of their poor response. The equipment was of an old design but Sharp water had the relevant experience with similar systems. By consulting with the client The cause of the problem was soon identified and remedial action taken followed by a proactive service contact approach. The end result was production down time was now limited to planned maintenance days.
